Additionally, nearby Nashville provides several options for family recreation with over 70 parks and playgrounds, offering hiking and horseback riding trails, as well as nature gazing, picnic shelters and playing fields. J. Percy Priest Reservoir and Old Hickory Lake offer hundreds of miles of shoreline and thousands of acres of water for boating, fishing, and canoeing.
